Pit Bulls

Pit Bulls have gotten a bad rap throughout the years. The problem being it's not actually the dog that's the problem, but the two legged person at the end of the leash. Any dog can become a killer if they are trained to do that. I have come across a lot of dogs in my lifetime and I have found that if you treat them with respect then they will give you respect in return.

We lived in a Townhouse in New Jersey and a neighbor two doors down got a Pit Bull as a family pet. They called him Rocky. He was one of the most affectionate dog you want to me. He was always so happy and his tail wagging. The couple also had a 4 year old daughter at the time. These two we such great friends. He would actually take her for a walk. At the time I had two small dogs and they all got along.

For any of you who may remember the Little Rascals, their dog was a Pit Bull named "Petey". I have a picture below. Rocky also reminded me a little of Petey.

There is a lot of information out there on the internet. I have put some of the ones that I found for you information.

I created this page for all the Loving Pit Bulls out there.
